The UAE has launched one of the world’s first coordinated national post-quantum cybersecurity programs through a partnership between the UAE Cyber Security Council and Abu Dhabi-based QuantumGate. At the center of the initiative is a national Crypto Discovery Tool designed to help government bodies, critical infrastructure operators and private-sector organizations identify where cryptography is used across their systems, assess exposure to future quantum threats and plan a structured migration toward quantum-safe encryption. The tool is customized to UAE National Cryptography Center requirements, supports continuous monitoring and will feed into the UAE’s broader National Cybersecurity Index platform, strengthening the country’s ability to track post-quantum readiness across key sectors.
