Dubai has launched a blockchain-based platform that will enable the tokenization of property assets using the XRP Ledger. The initiative, backed by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), aims to tokenize up to $16 billion worth of property by 2033, representing roughly 7% of the city’s total real estate market, signaling a major commitment to digital transformation and global investment accessibility.
